Cove Quarry
   
Description: River Exe. About 600m. The river is about 20 yards wide and should be fished with a 10-12ft fly rod. Good salmon water. Fly only. Chest waders and wading stick should be used.

Directions: Travelling from Tiverton turn left in the middle of Cove after phone box. Follow road to quarry entrance on edge of village.
   
Availability: Tuesdays only.
   
Parking: Park at entrance to Cove Quarry, a large galvanised gate. Do not obstruct gateway.
   
Access: Walk through old lorry park to quarry bridge. Fishing is up and down stream from bridge. See map.
   
Species: Salmon, trout and grayling.
   
Method: Fly only.
   
Fishability: 7/10.

Rules: Fly only. Brown trout to be returned. Rainbow trout to be retained. Top of beat is marked by white post. Bottom of beat is the line across the the top of the natural weir/run at the bottom of Bridge Pool.
   
Cost: £20/day. £10/evening salmon ticket. Trout and grayling £10/day.
